Policies
Copyright. All original material I post on this blog is licensed to all under the Creative Commons Attribution License 2.5. If you copy work from this site, please credit it to Joe Miller at The Fire of Genius.
Posts. The views expressed in posts on this blog are mine alone. I may correct spelling and grammar errors in posts without notice. I may also tweak posts in light of comments or upon further thought, and I will note these changes as updates.
Comments. I welcome comments. I do not intend to moderate them generally, but may delete those that are profane, mean spirited, or otherwise inappropriate. And, of course, I will delete spam. The views reflected in a comment are those of the commenter only. The fact that I don’t delete a comment doesn’t mean I endorse or agree with it.
Email. I welcome emails from readers. You can reach me at getmejoemiller at gmail dot com. If I think your email is blogable, I may talk about it or quote from it in future posts. I won’t reveal your identity, however, unless you say I can.
I am not giving legal advice. I am a law professor, and I comment on the law. I am not, however, giving legal advice. I write the materials on this blog for informational purposes only.
Disclaimers. All content on this blog is provided to you as I want, when I want. I hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any content available through or on this blog. Etc.
Notice. Notice that in the above policies we use some good lawyerly words like “may” and “generally.” I include these words to give myself the latitude to do something that appears to conflict with the above policies but upon closer examination, because of these fine words, does not.
Changes; Acceptance. I reserve the right to change these policies at any time. By using this blog, you accept and agree to abide by all the policies specified above.
