		<description>Prof. Miller, found your website through the property class syllabus... Normally wouldn't do something as obvious as tell you I'd read your blog, but got as far as this story. I worked for Paymentech from 1997 through 1999, although in a different area of the company than the merchant processing folks. I can't really add anything to the story, but I remember we spent a lot of time trying to figure out if various processes we had were patentable. I guess at least a few were.</description>
