Toyota Motor Corp., No. 2:04-CV-211-DF, 2006 WL 2385139, *5-*6 (E.D. Tex. Aug. 16, 2006) (Folsom, J.). The Judge never issued a formal opinion in Finsar, so I could not get that case posted. I have seen notation to 2 other cases granting a permanent injunction that are supposedly carried on Lexis. Am. Seating, 2006 US Dist Lexis 59212 and Litecubes, 2006 US Dixt LEXIS 60575. There supposedly is another EDTex case granting a permanent injunction that, like Finsar, was not reported, Acco Brands,Inc. v. ABA Locks, No. 2:02-CV-112 (E.D. Tex. Jun. 15, 2006). I have not seen these opinions, so I can't confirm the accuracy, but you probably could get someone to run that down. Bob Hi Joe:
