The Supreme Court has, it appears, reversed the Federal Circuit’s ruling that an injunction follows virtually automatically after an infringement finding. [UPDATE: Here's the Bloomberg News story.] I haven’t seen a copy of the opinion yet. After I’ve had a chance to read it, I’ll no doubt have some thoughts to share.
